We are heavily involved in assisting industry bodies develop a quality standard and framework for professional resume agencies across Australia. We provide strategic guidance and expertise on the professional resume and work extensively with leading agencies and peak industry bodies to provide training to individuals wishing to pursue a career in resume writing, recruitment and career guidance on the resume.

Established by Rebecca Fraser in the early part of 2000, Recruitment Services Resumes has grown to a national industry leader with a number of published documents and articles which have been utilised by other professionals when servicing their clients. Through strong growth, Recruitment Services Resumes are now contracted as wholesale service providers by leading career development professionals, servicing corporate and education organisations through education, training and corporate resume services whilst continuing to provide private resume and application skills coaching programs to individuals across Australia. All of this is still offered at the most competitive price available by accredited and qualified industry professionals.

• Assessment of American industry certifications against the CICA and Australian Career Industry standards. This includes assessment of CPRW and CARW which are not Australian accredited certifications.
• Development of the Australian Professional Resume guidelines; now endorsed by the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA)
• Conceptualisation and facilitation of training and professional development for industry professionals; focusing on resumes and current recruitment market trends. Targeted specifically at increasing their knowledge and awareness of market expectations and requirements.
